The planning obligation, dated 25 October 2013, was made between Peterborough City Council and Morris Homes (East Midlands) Limited. The application sought to have the planning obligation discharged has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr G Goodwin (Morris Home) against the decision of Peterborough City Council.
