The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for mixed-use development at land to the rear of the Grange and Links Hotel, Sea Lane, Sandilands, Sutton on Sea LN12 2RA in accordance with the terms of the application, N/110/00434/17, dated 9 March 2017, subject to the conditions in the attached Schedule.
