The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 30 № dwellings (including 9 № affordable dwellings) vehicular access and associated landscaping at Hassall Road, Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent ST7 2SL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 12/1670C, dated 26 April 2012, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule appended to this decision.
