The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 270 residential dwellings including details of vehicular access (all other matters reserved) at Land at Hodgson’s Gate, East of Hodgson’s Lane, Sherburn in Elmet, Selby LS25 6EN, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 2015/0544/OUT, dated 19 May 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the Schedule to this decision. The appeal is made by Hodgsons Gate Developments  against Selby District Council.
