The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a residential development of land to the south of Westgate Road, Westgate for the erection of up to 23 dwellings at Horse Shoe House, 119 Westgate Road, Westgate, Belton DN9 1PY in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA/2017/1975, dated 1 December 2017, subject to the conditions set out at the end of this decision.
