The development proposed for the demolition of existing residential and light industrial buildings and erection of 28 no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom dwellings with associated access road and parking has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Keith Luxford against the decision of Horsham District Council.
The application Ref DC/22/1775 was refused by notice dated 19 December 2022.
