The proposed development described as “up to 10 dwelling houses” has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Gerry Dobbs, Brevan Homes Ltd against the decision of Braintree District Council.
The application Ref 17/01448/OUT, dated 4 August 2017, was refused by notice dated 26 February 2020.
