The development proposed of mixed use development comprising of housing (including affordable housing and sheltered accommodation), employment, public open space,local community parkland and landscaping has been dismissed.
The main issue is whether the proposal complies with the development plan taken as a whole, and if not, whether there are material considerations to justify a decision otherwise than in accordance with the development plan.
