The proposed development for the erection of 48 no. dwellings including associated access and public open space has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Harpur Developments Ltd against the decision of Kettering Borough Council.
The application Ref KET/2018/0519, dated 13 August 2018, was refused by notice dated 23 January 2020.
