The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline application with all matters reserved except for access for the demolition of existing structures and the erection of up to 18 dwellings and associated infrastructure and landscaping at Lambscroft Nursery, Narcot Lane, Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire HP8 4DU in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PL/25/0862/OA, subject to the conditions.
