The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 27 dwellings and associated development with site access to be considered and all other matters reserved for future consideration at land adjacent to 67 Braiswick Road, Braiswick, Colchester, Essex CO4 5BQ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 191522, dated 7 June 2019, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the schedule of conditions at the end of this decision notice.
