The development proposed for a residential development comprising the erection of 18 No. detached dwellings including means of access and landscaping of the site has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Edwards on behalf of Edwards Homes Limited against the decision of Flintshire County Council.
The application Ref: 061919 dated 5 October 2020, was refused by notice dated 15 January 2021.
