The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for an ‘Outline application for the erection of 32 market dwellings and 4 affordable dwellings, construction of new vehicular and pedestrian access, provision of play area and open spaces together with full details of access and layout’, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 19C1231 dated 25 May 2018, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
