The proposed development for a 70 bed Care Home and 14 Assisted Living Bungalows with associated car parking, landscaping and access has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr B Aslam of Orchestra (Special Projects 1) Ltd & Glenavon Properties Ltd against the decision of Arun District Council.
The application Ref BN/128/19/OUT, dated 4 December 2019, was refused by notice dated 29 April 2020.
