The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for new residential development comprising 18 no. single storey dwellings, open space and associated works at land adjacent to Lowestoft Road, Hopton-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth NR31 9RN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 06/17/0438/O, dated 16 July 2017, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.
