The development proposed a construction of 40 residential properties with associated access, landscaping and ancillary works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Mark Sexton (Wiggett Construction Ltd) against the decision of Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council.
The application Ref FUL/347294/21, dated 14 July 2021, was refused by notice dated 12 July 2022.
