The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of five new buildings comprising 38 residential apartments (Use Class C3) with car parking, cycle parking, new primary and secondary vehicular accesses, soft and hard landscaping including amenity space and associated works at Land adjacent to Tamarisk Road, South Ockendon in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/02190/FUL, dated 24 December 2021, subject to conditions.
