The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 37 dwellings together with associated access, and parking for the existing play area, on land adjacent to ‘The Navigator’, off Swanwick Lane, Lower Swanwick, Hampshire, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P/13/1121/OA, dated 20 December 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.
