The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 19 dwellings (including 40% affordable housing), with all matters reserved with the exception of access at Land adjacent to The Orchard, Benson, Oxfordshire OX10 6JB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P21/S0882/O, dated 19 February 2021, subject to the conditions.
