The proposed development for the erection of 25 dwellings with access roads and open space has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Martin Flynn (Flynn Architecture Ltd) against the decision of North Lincolnshire Council.
The application Ref PA/2019/596, dated 28 March 2019, was refused by notice dated 27 August 2019.
