The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for cross subsidy residential development comprising 10 affordable and 9 open market dwellings and associated access and amenity space at Land adjacent to Trethurffe, Ladock, Truro, Cornwall, TR2 4PJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA13/02134, dated 17 September 2013, subject to the conditions in the attached annex.
