The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 82 dwellings, with vehicular access from the B3400, and the provision of public open space, landscaping and other associated works on land adjacent to Two Gate Lane, Overton, Basingstoke RG25 3TG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/00789/FUL, dated 13 March 2020, and subject to the conditions.
