The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for proposed residential development of up to 55 dwellings and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved except for access, at land adjacent to Westerings, Purleigh, CM3 6PG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 25/00473/OUT, subject to the conditions.
