The development proposed for the The conversion/change of use of an existing A3 structure to form a single residential unit (Plot 5). The formation of a single semidetached house (Plots 6 & 7). The formation of a 3no new terraced houses (Plots 8, 9 & 10). The formation of 2no new detached house; (Plots 11 & 12) as well as all the required parking, access road and landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Wasif Hussain against the decision of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
The application Ref 20/01995/FUL, dated 29 May 2020, was refused by notice dated 18 July 2022.
