The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 75 residential dwellings incorporating open space, access and landscaping on land at Abbey Lane, Aslockton in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. 14/00480/OUT, dated 28 February 2014, subject to the conditions set out in Appendix 1 to this Decision. The appeal is made by Hallam Land Management and JAB Short against the decision of Rushcliffe Borough Council.
