The appeal is allowed and permission is granted for the demolition of Nos. 30 and 32 New Road, Over and the redevelopment of land at and to the rear of these properties for 44 residential units, public open space provision, landscaping, means of access and associated works (all matters reserved except for access) on land at and to the rear of Nos 30 and 32 New Road, Over, Cambridgeshire CB24 5PJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/03254/OUT dated 27 July 2020, subject to conditions.
