The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 113 no. dwellings and associated works, including the formation of a temporary construction access on land at Baldwin’s Gate Farm, Baldwin’s Gate, Newcastleunder-Lyme, Staffs, ST5 5ES in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 13/00426/OUT, dated 23 August 2013, and the plans submitted with it,
subject to the 26 no. conditions.
