The development proposed for ‘outline planning application, with all matters reserved apart from means of access, for up to 32 new dwellings, comprising 90% affordable housing units, and 10% open market units, with access from Birchgrove Road, open space, associated infrastructure and landscaping’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Fairfax Acquisitions Limited against the decision of Mid Sussex District Council.
The application Ref: DM/19/4276, dated 9 October 2019, was refused by notice dated 20 April 2020.
