The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 100 residential dwellings (40% affordable) and the provision of community facilities to include an artificial turf football pitch, tennis courts, cricket nets, outdoor gym, play area, skate park, parking area and public open space at land at Broyle Gate Farm, Lewes Road, Ringmer, East Sussex, BN8 5NA, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref LW/21/0937, dated 2 December 2021, and subject to the conditions.
