The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for erection of up to 19 Affordable Homes with associated access, parking and landscaping at Land at Cambridge Road, Stretham, CB6 3LW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 22/00180/OUM, dated 14 February 2022, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
