The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 12 dwellings including up to 4 affordable dwellings on land at Chapel Lane and Beswick Lane, Norton-in-Hales, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 4QZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/01121/OUT, dated 13 March 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Mrs Wendy Andrews against the decision of Shropshire Council.
