The development proposed for a residential development of 26 dwellings, including 30% affordable housing, together with associated landscaping, parking, access, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS) and any other associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Johnstone Land Company (Bristol) Limited, R Keen, T Keen, J Keen and K Keen against the decision of Mendip District Council.
The application Ref 2020/2603/FUL, dated 4 December 2020, was refused by notice dated 24 June 2022.
