All matters reserved except for means of vehicular and pedestrian access from Sandhurst Lane and a pedestrian access on to the A38, at Land at Chestnut Tree Farm, Twigworth, Gloucestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 22/01343/OUT, dated 13 December 2022, subject to the conditions.
