The development proposed for redevelopment of the site comprising demolition of existing commercial buildings, removal of rubble and bunds, spoil heaps and tipped waste and erection of 17 new dwelling houses (use class C3), together with associated landscaping, vehicle and cycle parking and infrastructure works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Coventry of Edward James Property Limited against the decision of Brentwood Borough Council.
The application Ref 20/01502/FUL, dated 15 October 2020, was refused by notice dated 1 July 2021.
