The development proposed for an outline planning permission for the erection of up to 49 dwellings, formation of vehicular accesses, open space, landscaping and associated works. Change of use of agricultural land to public open space, community allotments and orchards has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Waddeton Park Limited against the decision of Mendip District Council.
The application Ref 2021/0071/OTS, dated 8 January 2021, was refused by notice dated 27 August 2021.
