The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the development of 40no dwellings, landscaping and associated infrastructure on land at Chyvounder Farm, Newquay Road, Goonhaven, Truro, Cornwall TR4 9QD in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA23/03373 dated 17 April 2023 and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
