The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 85 dwellings at land at Clavering Walk, Cooden, Bexhill on Sea in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref RR/2018/3127/P, dated 30 November 2018, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule annexed hereto.
