The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of 54 dwellings with supporting infrastructure and enabling works including: new vehicular access of Wickwar Road (including the demolition of 24 Wickwar Road), public open space, landscaping and drainage infrastructure at Land at Cloverlea Barn, Wickwar Road, Kingswood, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref S.20/0887/FUL, dated 23 April 2020, subject to the conditions.
