The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for Resubmission of DM/0971/17/FUL for the erection of 68 houses and 18 apartments with new access and associated landscaping and works at land at corner of Hewitt’s Avenue and Humberston Road, New Waltham DN35 9QR in accordance with the terms of the application Ref DM/0260/20/FUL, dated 26 March 2020, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
