The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of 11no. dwellings with associated works at Land at Cottage Gardens, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 6AG, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 07/2020/00443/FUL, dated 9 April 2020, subject to the conditions.
