The development proposed was described as outline planning permission for up 33 residential dwellings with all matters reserved except for access has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Avant Homes Ltd against the decision of Hart District Council.
The application Ref 22/00146/OUT, dated 19 January 2022, was refused by notice dated 12 September 2022.
