The amended development proposed is demolition of barns, and residential development of up to 30 dwellings, including the creation of new vehicular and pedestrian access, public open space, landscape planting, pumping station, electricity substation, surface water attenuation, and associated infrastructure (landscape and appearance reserved for future consideration) has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gleeson Strategic Land Limited against the decision of Dorset Council.
The amended application Ref 2/2019/0824/OUT, as shown on the amended application form dated 7 February 2020, was refused by notice dated 8 August 2020
