The development proposed for the demolition of existing buildings and the erection of 69 dwellings along with open space and associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Ms Susan Jamison Ritchie of Stonebridge Homes against the decision of Middlesbrough Council.
The application Ref 20/0199/FUL, dated 8 April 2020, was refused by notice dated 8 December 2020.
