The development proposed the demolition of 6 no. existing commercial buildings and an existing bungalow with detached garage, including the removal of hardstanding areas and lattice tower mast; creation of new vehicular access and the erection of 27 no. residential dwellings with amenity space, landscaping, parking and infrastructure, as well as the provision of public open space has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr J Neville of Millwood Designer Homes Ltd against the decision of Dartford Borough Council.
The application Ref DA/22/00772/FUL, dated 23 June 2022, was refused by notice dated 31 October 2022.
