The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 220 dwellings, commercial facilities up to 300sqm (Use Classes A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1 and D1) and a primary school (on a site of 2.2ha) with associated parking, landscaping, drainage and heritage trail with access to the Southern Connector Road (not reserved) on land at Foxbridge Village North, Wanborough Road, Swindon, SN4 0AB, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref S/OUT/20/0533/JABU, originally dated 3 April 2020 and amended and redated 16 February 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
