The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for “Outline planning application for the erection of up to 43 new homes, with associated highways, landscaping and open space, with all matters reserved except access” at land at Gardener’s Hill Road, Farnham in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref WA/2014/2028, dated 9 October 2014, subject to the conditions on the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Focus Homes Ltd against the decision of Waverley Borough Council.
