The development proposed for the construction of a residential development comprising of 95 units, together with open space, car parking and landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr and Mrs P Heaney against the decision of Epping Forest District Council.
The application Ref EPF/2627/20, dated 12 November 2020, was refused by notice dated 23 September 2022.
