The development proposed for an outline planning application for the extension to the existing business park for up to 3.9ha of employment land and up to 150 residential dwellings with associated open space and infrastructure (with means of access to be determined only) has been dismissed. This decision supersedes that issued on 20 October 2023. That decision on the appeal was quashed by order of the High Court.
The appeal is made by Waddeton Park Ltd against Mid Devon District Council.
