The development proposed described the erection of 18no bungalows with associated access and landscaping works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Ken Shannon against the decision of Middlesbrough Council.
The application Ref 19/0355/FUL, dated 10 May 2019, was refused by notice dated 22 October 2021.
