The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the development of 68 houses and 18 apartments with new access and associated landscaping and works at land at Hewitt’s Circus, Hewitt’s Avenue, New Waltham DN35 9QR in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref DM/0971/17/FUL, dated13 October 2017, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule
